Dupuis has gotten to Scuderi territory. He can't do anything out there anymore. Might be from his treatment, but Sprong 100% should be playing over him right now.

I'm personally hoping Duper is gone after this season. Good guy but he just cant do it anymore. I guarantee they bring him back as a scout or development coach after he retires.
I've brought this up before but I'd like to address it again. What would you all be willing to pay to keep Perron 4-5 years this coming offseason? He has been a quiet but effective contributor on the pens best line. If Duper retires or is traded (or in any way his contract is not being paid after this season) they honestly could afford to pay Perron 4.5-5 mil per season for 4-5 seasons. Would most of you be ok with that? Or do you think he wouldn't even accept that?

Did Neal really embellish there? I mean it looked like he took a goalie stick to the throat.. no?

Considering he is the only decent LW on the team I hope they can keep him. It seems like a fair deal to me. He is still young.

I wish Dupuis would medically retire. Opens up some cap room.
Perron isn't gonna make much at this rate. He's not producing enough to get any increase in salary so I wouldn't be offering him anything more for very long. Especially with the cap only going up $3m at most.

You don't think by midway through the year he could improve?

The guys been great for you guys in the past.

I'd give him another week or two. Either he turns it around or MJ gets fired. Maybe even both.

Win-win

I think sprong will be in the next game. I'd like to see:

I only troll on the Penguins board bc Penguins fans are THE WORST. It is a shame that Cindy has become a 0.05 PPG player. How will all the Penguins trolls tell us how much better he is than Ovechkin, Seguin, Toews, and Stamkos at a 50 point pace???

- Air if they don't give him a chance to get back into game shape

I like Dupuis's game and think it's unfair and immature if they don't let him get back into game shape.

He's been out almost 2 seasons but was pretty good before the injuries.

Patience, I don't think the Pens will miss the playoffs anyways.

I could be his treatment and age. I also think Dupuis is the absolute worst player for the system Johnston is implementing this season (no forecheck and slow breakouts is the antithesis of Dupuis' game). I just doubt he is going to be worth his cap hit.

He is getting up there, but I'd think the coach is moved before PD
